Egyptian Experience

Year 3 had a wonderful and immersive experience on Wednesday for their Egyptian Day. So many activities took place throughout the day – acting, drawing, clay-modelling to name a few.

A selection of Year 6 children attended Retford Oaks on Friday for their Sports Hall Athletics Qualifier.  The children were really competitive and gave their all, showing passion and resilience, effort and teamwork throughout the event.  We were very proud of them all!

We are extremely proud to announce that one of our Year 6 pupils has had their design selected to be made into a mural.  This will be part of the North Notts Bid Mural Trail, which will be running later this year.  As the mural will be made out of plastic bottle lids, we will be collecting these for the rest of this term.  We especially need yellow, red and orange.

Congratulations to all of our Stars of the Week for proudly displaying our RESPECT values: Resilience, Effort, Support, Passion, Enrichment, Compassion and Teamwork.

Finally, congratulations to our attendance champions this week: Constable and Turner Class topped Phases 1 and 2 with a brilliant 98.5% attendance, and Johnstone Class led the way in Phase 3, with 98.1%.
