Residential and Community Events

We've come to the end of our first half term and what a half term it has been! Packed with first-hand learning experiences, visits, residentials, fundraising and much more as we continue to Play, Learn and Grow Togther.
This week has been full of community events for the School Council. On Tuesday the Year 3 Councillors attended All Hallows Church, where they placed photos on the war graves of veteran soldiers.
On Thursday the School Councillors were invited to Retford Oaks for their Services Day, the children learnt about many of the local services availble in our community and spoke to those that work for the many different companies.
Thank you to all the families who donated items to our Harvest collection in aid of Basetlaw Food Bank. We had a fantastic response for this worthwhile course. The items were collected on Thursday and the Food Bank were very grateful to us all.
Congratulations to all of our Stars of the Week for proudly displaying our RESPECT values: Resilience, Effort, Support, Passion, Enrichment, Compassion and Teamwork.

REMINDER - Parent Consultations - these can now be booked online, please follow the link you received via email.
We would like to wish all of our families a wonderul half term break and we look forward to seeing you all when we return to school on Monday 3rd November 2025.
