A very warm welcome back to all our children and families as we start a new half-term.  A special welcome also to those who have started Ordsall Primary School this week.

Some of our Year 6 children have been on residential this week in Crowden.  Canoeing, weaselling, hill-top walks, testing out bogs and team-building games.  The adventures have been endless, and you can have a look at the photos over on our Facebook page.  A huge thank you to the staff who took the children on this trip, creating those wonderful primary school memories.

Thank you to everyone who has purchased poppies and merchandise in support of the Royal British Legion. These will continue to be sold until 11th November.  Our School Council will join veterans and local dignitaries in Retford Town Square on Sunday for the Remembrance Service.  Please come along and support.

A huge well done and congratulations to those children who have achieved a brick on the Wall of Success.  Keep up the great work!

Finally, congratulations to our attendance champions this week: Hockney Class topped Phases 1 and 2 with a brilliant 96.6% attendance, and Lowry Class led the way in Phase 3, with 96.9%.
