As Retford Book Festival comes to a close, we celebrated our love of reading with a visit to school from poet Paul Cookson and illustrator Liz Million.  As always, they both entertained the children immensely and shared their love and passion for reading too.  It was a truly infectious afternoon. 

Congratulations to all of our Stars of the Week for proudly displaying our RESPECT values: Resilience, Effort, Support, Passion, Enrichment, Compassion and Teamwork.

A huge well done and congratulations to those children who have achieved a brick on the Wall of Success.  Keep up the great work!

Finally, congratulations to our attendance champions this week: Degas & Riley Classes topped Phases 1 and 2 with a brilliant 100% attendance, and Johnstone Class led the way in Phase 3, with 98.6%.
